Integrated Swedish Massage - This full body treatment includes Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Acupressure, and elements of Energy Work and Reflexology. Pressure ranges from light to deep. This treatment, which is my specialty, is balancing and soothing and will put your mind and body at ease. Combined Shiatsu and Acupressure Treatment - This 60 minute treatment incorporates two Japanese healing modalities that involve application of firm pressure on points along the energy lines of the body known as meridians and light pressure on points of the body in a specific sequence as dictated by a formula or the healer’s intuition. The combination of the two modalities helps harmonize the energy in the body and can help alleviate common physical ailments and encourage psycho-spiritual wellness.
