While the holidays are often a joyous time, they can often bring emotional difficulties. Therapy can offer support to manage and move through challenging times.

Accepting new clients in NJ and LA, offering teletherapy and private pay on a sliding scale. Superbills can be offered for clients to receive insurance reimbursement. Niche interests include: adult ADHD, oncology (presently undergoing treatment or in remission), trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. Several spots available for new clients. Hi there! I’ve begun a private practice offering teletherapy on a private pay basis, with a sliding scale. I have extensive experience providing compassionate, person centered therapy particularly to clients struggling with grief and trauma. My other focuses include anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, ADHD, and those undergoing treatment or in remission from cancer.

I have the unique perspective of having worked in both the service industry and education prior to becoming a counselor, allowing me to understand the unique challenges of these fields. I am LGBTQIA affirming, kink affirming, and poly affirming.

My treatment modalities include CBT, TF-CBT, Solution focused therapy, existential therapy, and I utilize an eclectic approach tailored to fit each clients’ specific needs.

I am able to offer billing that allows for insurance reimbursement, as I do not directly accept insurance at this time.
