Week 3 after surgery, & I just graduated to putting 2 feet on the ground! 🦶🏻🦶🏻 Looks like things are moving along nicely. Today the doctor said “your foot is perfectly aligned.” Music to my ears! 🎶 Now 2 weeks in the boot + a crutch 🩼 . I can do this. 💪🏻

SO… I won’t be teaching yoga in April or May. 😕

Gotta let that foot heal in PERFECT alignment! ❤️🦶 I have capsulitis of the 2nd toe + a bunion on my left foot, which are really starting to affect my gait & balance, & getting painful. I’m grateful to be able to correct them now, AND looking forward to doing yoga & running with an aligned ankle, knee, & hip. 🦵🏻

I plan to resume Restorative & Trauma Sensitive Yoga in June. Keep an eye on my website for announcements about TCTSY series this summer! ⛱️☀️

Just finished participating in a somatic healing retreat in Costa Rica today. 🇨🇷 It was AMAZING. Breath work, sweat lodge, ecstatic dance, yoga, meditation… transformative. 🌴🥥🥭🦥🧘🏻‍♀️🦜 I’m still processing everything my body told me, but I think the main message was that I’ll be okay. Which is something I’ve been trying to convince myself of for a long time. I need more time to process this truth, to let it settle in, but the new pathways have started to form! 🧠

Overflowing with gratitude for for the love, the compassion & guidance. 😘🙏🏻
