Care Eleven Health wants to thank all of our AMAZING patients who have entrusted their health and wellness to us over the last 10 years. We are so grateful that you continue to choose us for your health. We are kicking off our 10-year anniversary celebration with our fantastic staff this week, but we invite everyone to celebrate our 10-year anniversary at our Annual Block Party, which will be held on Saturday, October 19, from 2-6 pm. TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: Another successful Semaglutide patient! Beth Davis is another one of our Semaglutide rockstars! After gaining 45 pounds over the past three years, Beth tried all the fads diets to get the weight off - Noom, Lume, intermittent fasting, keto– with no success. At age 41, she reached her heaviest weight and felt terribly discouraged about her health trajectory. For a brief period, Beth gave up on herself and resolved to live her life overweight and unhealthy. But then she heard about Semaglutide.

In September 2023, Beth decided to give Semaglutide a try as a “last hope” to regain control of her weight and overeating.

When asked how Semaglutide helped, Beth said, “It silenced the ‘food noise’ I constantly tried to ignore most of my life. It has helped me form a healthier relationship with food.”

AMAZING TRANSFORMATION ALERT! We want to share an inspiring Semaglutide success story from our very own Nurse Practitioner, TeShawn Ash. TeShawn had gained 40 pounds in six months during the pandemic. She wanted to feel like herself again, but was having a hard time getting the extra weight off. She needed a jumpstart, so she started taking Semaglutide in April 2022 for five months and lost all of her pandemic weight. Now she is living her best life with proper diet and exercise.
