Say hello to our Division Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery!

Meet Dr. Harvey Chim! Dr. Chim serves as Professor and Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He specializes in hand, peripheral nerve and reconstructive microsurgery. He has a special interest in brachial plexus reconstruction, neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome, amputee reconstruction, ultrasound for flap planning and complex microsurgical reconstruction of the extremities.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Association for Hand Surgery (AAHS), American Society for Peripheral Nerve (ASPN) and Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (SESPRS). He serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Hand Surgery (American Volume), HAND and Journal of Hand Surgery (Asian Pacific Volume). He has published more than 180 peer-reviewed articles.
