Let’s talk SLEEP 😴 Did you know a poor night’s sleep has been linked to obesity, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes?! This is because when we are tired we are more likely to consume more calories and less likely to exercise.

So how do we get better sleep?

⭐️ Try and be consistent with your bed time and wake up time.
⭐️ 30-60 minutes of physical activity once a day can help with improved sleep patterns
⭐️ Eat fewer calories for dinner to allow quicker digestion
⭐️Swap TV and phone screens for a book or magazine to help with the wind down process.
⭐️ And don’t forget to breathe! Deep even breaths in and out your nose can help with settling into a good nights rest.
