When I launched Soul Work Sunday back in January 2023, I simply wanted to hold space, weekly healing circles where anyone, no matter their beliefs, could reconnect with self and spirit. We welcomed hundreds of souls while at 401 Baronne.
And yet, I often showed up wondering… was this really working?
I saw the hugs, the tears, the breakthroughs. But because I saw my work as purely spiritual, I didn’t always have the numbers or words to prove the impact.
It wasn’t until my sacred pause that I realized, this work isn’t just about the unseen. It also deserves to be measured, honored, and strategized for.
Since relaunching Soul Work virtually, I’ve been intentional about collecting impact data. Not only for me — but for you. Because our world is hurting right now. And God, the Ancestors, and the Orishas gave me this vision as a way to help people discover who they are.
Strategy is sacred. Data is divine. They don’t take away from the spirit, they fuel the soul my work.
