Starting my morning class series to add to my evening Qigong Class.
Qigong - The basics: learn and establish your foundations to practicing qigong. Beginner and experienced movement practitioners are welcome to
Qigong - those who have experienced qigong and have the basics down to be able to do basic forms and movements.
Yoga: flow, deep stretch, strengthen, salutations, breathwork and more. Morning sessions are well rounded for waking the body up and creating gentle strengthening for your day.
Morning meditations: wake up with breathing, focusing the mind and experience peace from the start of your day so you can carry it throughout.
Classes are $5 or free for Wise Wolf Members.
All classes are virtual so you can stay cozy in your space.
