Join me for this 4-week Rolf Movement series every Sunday at 1:30 through the month of February. Each class is 75-minutes and will focus on a different area of the body, covering: Shoulders & Arms, Hips & Legs, Head & Neck, Spine & Core. Rolf Movement consists of slow gentle movement sequences led by verbal and hands on cues. Our aim is to allow the body to let of bracing or holding while finding more options for moving freely while at ease.
