◽Mysore: Monday, Tuesday, WEDNESDAY, and Friday 6am to 7:30am
Please arrive no later than 6:10am
◽Led Full Primary Series on Sunday 9:30am to 11am
Please arrive no later than 9:25am

Tuition:
Drop In $20
4 Classes $60 (commit to Mon, Tue, Fri or Sun)*
10 Classes $150*
Unlimited $180/mo
* Pass expires 30days after the first class

Hello friends, starting August 5th we have a new home in Swan River Yoga, 2940 Canal Street 3rd floor loft!
Our new schedule until November 5th is:
Mysore Monday 6am to 7:30am
Mysore Tuesday 6am to 7:30am
Mysore Friday 6am to 7:30am
Led Primary Sunday 9:30am to 11am

Hi everyone we are MOVING from Ashtanga Yoga Room to Swan River Yoga on 2940 Canal St, NOLA, starting Monday August 5th!! Last Mysore class at AYR is this Thursday, and last Led class is this Sunday 8/4 at 10am. Please reach out with any questions either via IG, email [email protected]

Due to weather Elise's flights are cancelled, she is working on rescheduling her flights. Unfortunately Mysore classes on Monday July 8th and Tuesday July 9th are cancelled. See you Wednesday.

It's a Moon Day!!! Last one of 2023.

Today’s full moon is in the deep and emotional water sign, Cancer. Like a crab’s protective shell, Cancer’s influence is often to protect tender emotions and insights.
