Welcome to mid city qi gong. It’s a free gathering for energy movers who want to start their day right, in a beautiful environment. I started this group for my own accountability, so that i would commit to going to the park twice a week and spend an hour. I’m not an expert or certified teacher. I’m just a life-long learner, sharing my knowledge. I welcome anyone who wants to practice qi gong with us. Sometimes it’s a small group, which is lovely; sometimes a larger turn out. City Park, Tuesday and Thursday, 7:45 am, across from Ralph’s on the Park.
