Nervous System Reset (with Erin)

We exist within systems meant to keep us exhausted, insecure, and disconnected from ourselves and each other. In this current climate, rest is resistance- we also show up better for our community and loved ones when we feel grounded and regulated. This rest-shop (opposite of workshop) is designed to create a space of safety and softness to allow you to disengage from the fight-flight-fawn response and reconnect with your embodied self.
The session will include a brief discussion about the nervous system and how we move between different states of regulation. We will explore simple vagus nerve toning techniques and balancing pranayama and discuss ways to integrate these practices into our daily routine.
We'll engage in some gentle movement before settling into a series of restorative poses. Erin will offer optional supportive adjustments and a curated soundscape to help ground your practice.
Open to all- no prior yoga experience required. Space is limited in order to provide individualized attention for all attendees.
