🍲🖤 BIRTHDAY RAFFLE FOR FOOD BANKS 🖤🥙
It’s my birthday! I’m 39! All I want for my birthday is food security for all! Pin a birthday dollar (or ten) on me and I’ll give it to a local food bank! I’m raffling off these vases to raise money for the Alameda County Community Food Bank and the Trans Income Project . While donating food is kind and helpful, food banks are efficient and knowledgable about how to make a dollar stretch, so I’m doing a raffle in order to raise some moneyyy. 💸
HOW TO ENTER:
🌮one raffle ticket is $10. Venmo me with the note “food raffle” and your ig handle or contact info

Other ideas to support your neighbors:
🥪 make peanut butter & jelly sandwiches in sealed labeled baggies to add to free little libraries on your block (like my roomie !)
🍝 make a few extra servings of your meal prep and put in labeled tupperware and add them to community fridges in your city
🥑 ask a friend who uses SNAP if you can take them grocery shopping or pick anything up for them your next trip. Don’t have a friend on food stamps? Tap into your networks and offer to be someone’s grocery buddy.
