clear mind. self love.
I lost over 60lbs within a year and I haven’t gained it back! I’ve always been into “fitness” but could never stay consistent. I used to treat it like a get rich quick scheme. My mindset was all fu**ed up. I’d lose weight & be FINE AF then stop doing everything it took to get there because I liked my body which made no sense at all lmao. But it took me to reach my rock bottom and heaviest weight of 238 lbs for it to finally click (idk why i had to learn that lesson the hard way) but anyways that finally made it click for me that this is a forever journey. That i have to embrace all of it or else I’ll find myself here again. It all makes sense now. Diets are not a thing for me anymore, trends of how to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks don’t appeal to me anymore because they all have one thing in common. Once you reach it, that’s the end. But in fitness the “end” doesn’t EXIST! Once you reach something you find another goal to SET! You run faster, you lift heavier, you eat more or you eat less! The journey has to be fully embraced and everything that comes with it. Take it from me and understand there’s no end game here. Just love the way you look, thank your body for all it does & compete with the version of yourself from yesterday. That’s all i do these days and my body surely reflects it & I couldn’t be happier💕
