New Orleans Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery At the New Orleans Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery, we are sincere and passionate about ex Dr. Russell Hendrick, Jr.

and Dr. Parker Velargo are the co-owners and co-founders of The New Orleans Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery. While Dr. Hendrick focuses on hand and general plastic & reconstructive surgery, Dr. Velargo focuses on plastic and reconstructive surgery within the head and neck. Dr. Hendrick and Dr. Velargo are New Orleans natives. After attending Brother Martin High School, LSU, and LSU Medical School in New Orleans together, Dr.’s Hendrick and Velargo honed in their specialty skills out of state. They are excited to bring their talent back to New Orleans and serve patients of the crescent city. Dr. Hendrick and Dr. Velargo are on staff at Ochsner Baptist hospital as well as Touro Infirmary. They also hold operative privileges at several outpatient surgical centers throughout the city, including Hedgewood Surgical Center, Vivere-Audubon Surgery Center, and Houma Outpatient Surgical Center. Many minor procedures (not requiring IV or general anesthesia) can be performed in their state of the art procedure room within the clinic. Additionally, Dr. Velargo is a staff physician at Children’s Hospital of New Orleans. At the New Orleans Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery, we are sincere and passionate about exceeding the needs of our patients. Our objective is not only to provide excellence in our surgical and non-surgical procedures, but also to establish meaningful relationships with our patients.
