I partnered with to share some healthier holiday inspo with . Some ideas:

Soups can be one of the easiest, nutrition packed meals to lean on again and again.

Football season is in full swing and even if our teams aren’t winning, that doesn’t mean your tailgating spread can’t!!

I stopped by to share all of my best healthier tailgating tips, featuring - your ultimate dip destination!

Here’s what I prepared:
- Lightened-up dip platter with traditonal salsa, spicy guacamole, and zesty bean dip with corn tortilla chips, and bell pepper strips
- Hatch Guacamole & Caramelized Onion Turkey Sliders
- 2-ingredient Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken: just 3 chicken breast + mild salsa on high for 4 hours!
- 2-ingredient Crawfish Queso: 2 quesos + 1 lb Louisiana crawfish
