This case was equally about breathing as it was about straightening his nose. We are just a few weeks out and so excited that he is both breathing and looking phenomenal! This was a very difficult case surgically with near complete obstruction of his right airway and a buckled septum, but I was able to get air moving through his nose again and give him a straight, strong profile. Very excited to see him continue heal!
