My guy Andrew is absolutely crushing it. After ~3.5months his lifts are up significantly (Bench +30lbs, Squat +50lbs Pull Ups +7, Trap Deadlift + 60lbs), body feeling lighter, and moving better than ever before. He's doing things he hasn't done since he was a teenager...and lookin' like it.
He has put in some serious work and the results are bangin'!

I really do love that feeling of being a beginner at something. Especially something where you can laugh at yourself when someone who is really good at it shows you how to actually do it right...fast.

I tried Muay Thai today and absolutely loved it. My fiancee has been at it for a few months now and is killing it so that inspired me to give it a shot. I can definitely see why people get obesessed with striking and martial arts in general. Your brain and body have to move and work together in ways that are so counterintuitive and novel.

If there's something you have been wanting to try but haven't because you're nervous or haven't made time...do it!

A little bit of everything today to get the lower body feeling strong, mobile, and athletic.

Warm up with a few rounds of med ball drills and sled pushes.

Main set:
Landmine Deadlift + Step (2) into Sn**ch 1
KB Complex (Sn**ch City) 4 B Stence Sn**ches each + 4 Hand 2 Hand snatches each.

Secondary Series:
8 Bulgarian Solit squats
20 light extensive split stance ploys

5 mins of mobility at the end to cap it off.

Twas’ a good day despite the fact I forgot my headphones and trainers😅
