My guy Andrew is absolutely crushing it. After ~3.5months his lifts are up significantly (Bench +30lbs, Squat +50lbs Pull Ups +7, Trap Deadlift + 60lbs), body feeling lighter, and moving better than ever before. He's doing things he hasn't done since he was a teenager...and lookin' like it.
He has put in some serious work and the results are bangin'!
