Most people wouldn't drive an hour each way to run 3 miles (about 30 minutes), but twice a month, I do it. I love and truly believe in what we're doing with @runkrewe, and the people are ๐ฅ
Since Run Krewe started a few months ago, I have met so many people in both New Orleans and Baton Rouge. It's been cool running together, having good conversations, and then being able to share the experience with all of you.

You've seen or heard trainers & coaches claiming they can help you lose fat from specific body parts.
That's called spot toning... and it's a myth.
Our bodies lose fat all over. Genetics, not a workout, decides where fat loss occurs. Simply put, you can't tell your body where to lose fat from.
Building muscle can help shape your body & you CAN target specific body parts in that way. Try adding some form of strength or resistance training to help you reach your body goals.
