These individuals dedicated so much of their lives over the past three months to becoming stronger, more connected and intentional in their lives by participating in and completing this rigorous 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program! They coordinated schedules, changed plans, navigated child care needs and said no to various other things so that they could say YES for their own growth! We love each one of you so so much! As the seasons turn and the earth invites us to slow down, Ground into Sound offers space to pause, root and restore. The practice begins with a gentle yoga flow, softening into supported restorative postures, and concludes with a nourishing sound bath. Let yourself be held—by the earth, by sound, by stillness.
