Our new line up classes for Fall 2025 kicks off next Wednesday, October 1st. 💫We’ve got new class times and new class offerings! Swipe 👈🏻 to reveal the full class schedule.

We will now have:
⚡️7am and 10 am classes on Wednesdays and Fridays
⚡️8:30am classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
⚡️5:30pm classes on Mondays and Wednesdays
⚡️7:30pm classes Monday THROUGH Thursday
⚡️A Himalayan Kriya class every Tuesday
⚡️Another Restorative class on Tuesday evenings
⚡️A Beginner’s focused flow every Wednesday
