Happy Weekend. 💓

✨What a month of spectacular rare planetary alignments. Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Saturn. Wow.
✨And a new 28 year cycle , as Saturn going back retrograde in Pisces for 6 m. A time of surrendering, completing and preparing as we move into this next cycle.

Planting seeds of Light time.

I have been enjoying such a wonderful and special time this past few weeks, teaching a yoga class in the fantastic space at New Orleans Athletic Club. I’ll be subbing this Tuesday as well for 10:30am. Please join🌟✨

I used to teach here regularly before a very serious auto accident … four surgeries… a concussion … lots of healing through the years. Breathings, yoga, nature walks, crystal bowl sound healing, meditation and prayer, spiritual healing, proper nutrition, art, acupuncture, and inner smiles… have all helped my journey and so much more.

I love to help others move through their body healing, through trauma that holds one back; and the gentle empowerment that occurs through radiant love expanding from your center. Your God spark … very beautiful.

I’m offering Private yoga, energy healing , small group classes, and amazing deep dive interactive, chakra balancing sessions.

The Golden Healer Bodhisattva is warm and loving. She brightens the energy around her and sends love to all. Her nature of balance, peace, and happiness help to others who ask.

Spiritual healing is a beautiful blending of your soul with God, with your Angels, and with Spirit. We are always one with God and being in this place of Divine Love - elevates this energy more.
Deep breaths and feeling your heart filled with Light and inner smiles of joy. Feel your golden light from your center, move through your spine, your blood, your whole body and around you.

We are always loved and protected with God. Yoga in this beautiful union of our physical body with our spirit and soul. We are one with this power always.
I love the is beautiful calm soul that came through last year with my pastels.

I am starting to create Spirit Art for others. It is a special way to receive a soul prayer through a picture.

A Beautiful Mother’s Day.
After a long day and sitting to relax now…

Seeing these photos and how grateful I feel to have these three brilliant children in my life. Being a mother is quite a special adventure and enjoying my children is very magical.

Special to teach them the wisdom from my mother and her love of nature and how God is everywhere and in everyone.

Sharing this with others as I teach is part of my passion.

Enjoying mother earth, and this beauty of a tree, the beauty of walks and the beauty of breathing in the sunshine all create that love of being one with God and with the universe.

Knowing whether your mom is here with you or in heaven… she is with you and around you always.

Virabhadrasana 2. A wonderful standing pose for opening the hips, legs, create focus, strength; and to help feel your inner fire and Light to move through you. We can practice the standing postures with long holdings or for a few breaths as we flow to other postures. I like to use the standing postures for a warm up and also, to create a balance with my hips and lower back after sitting for a longer time; or after back bendings, Each person is unique with their body energy and feelings. After you are comfortable with your yoga practice and understanding the intelligent ways to balance your spine, then being creative with the sequencings is very nice and freeing. Your intention is the key.
Breathing in Light and calm and exhale Light with Love and peace around your body.
This inner beauty illuminates our cells, our blood, our body and our life.
