🌟Happy Sunday
✨Titthibhasana…Firefly pose.
Happy beautiful holidays beginnings… has me think of the natural light of Fireflies in the evening time & always excites my soul.
✨🌟The Light within us brightens with our happiness, smiles and love.
Practicing the yoga postures with Sun salutations; movement in and out of the postures; or through a holding of certain postures - as I’m doing here.
A special way of practice with a posture sequence, moving in and of each other with the breath, awareness, and intent. Here, a warm up of hamstring and hip openers first, before moving into it.
For ex. Surya Namaskara A, Uttanasana (standing foreward bend), Standing postures, Upavistha Konasana (wide leg sitting), Baddha Konasana (Butterfly pose),
Malasana (garland pose), kurmasana (tortoise pose)- or opening towards it for inner thigh stretch… and special ones that suit you… I love triangmukhaikapada Pashimttanasana 2, a sitting posture as one leg is straight for a great intense stretch.
My teachings encompass the Centered yoga posture practice, breathings, meditation, and intuitive guidance/ sound healing.
Very special for longevity! 56 … my body may not be as open as it was.. but still subtle and strong. 🦋✨❣️🌻 Thanks to yoga, nature walks and prayer.
