We are thrilled to welcome Heidi Ledet, BCBA to our BBG Family! Read on to learn about Heidi and the services she provides!

Heidi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst serving the Greater New Orleans and Thibodaux area. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Nicholls State University in 2018 while working in a clinic as a registered behavior technician. Heidi earned her Master's of Education from Nicholls State University in 2021 and shortly after earned her BCaBA certification in 2022. Near the end of 2022, Heidi earned her BCBA certification. She has worked in a variety of settings including school, home, and clinic.

Heidi is dedicated to helping clients reach their highest potential by creating positive environments and interactions. She has a strong interest in building effective communication skills and teaching socially appropriate behaviors to replace challenging behaviors. Her goal is to empower clients to thrive and function independently in their everyday environments. Heidi enjoys collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to support each client’s unique growth and success.

Congratulations to our very own Kiona Lynum on becoming a BCaBA! Read on to learn about Kiona and the services she provides!

Kiona is Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst & a native of Monroeville AL, the literary capital of Alabama. Monroeville is also the hometown of the late Harper Lee and the inspiration behind Lee’s Academy Award winning novel "To Kill a Mockingbird”. Kiona’s personal interests include any form of self-expression from literature, writing, sketching, painting & gardening.

Kiona was awarded her Bachelors in the Science of Nursing from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in 2019 & completed her graduate certificate program at Florida Institute of Technology to obtain her certification as a BCaBA in 2025.

Kiona discovered her passion while working as an RBT in the New Orleans area. During her experience as an RBT, Kiona excelled to leadership positions in Professional Development & Mentoring and served as a Lead Technician at Brennan Behavior Group.

Kiona looks forward to continuing her education at Florida Institute of Technology with plans to pursue a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management beginning January of 2026.

Kiona’s professional interests include early intervention with children who have been diagnosed with ASD & school based intervention with children who have been diagnosed with ASD. Being an ABA provider at BBG gives Kiona the opportunity to improve the overall quality of life for each individual and family within her care and allows her to provide necessary services to an underserved community.
