We tend to think a “good day” means everything went right. You were productive, patient, focused, on top of it all. But most days don’t look like that. Sometimes a good day is getting out of bed when you didn’t want to. Or not spiraling when something small goes wrong. Or doing less... on purpose. Good doesn’t have to mean perfect. It can just mean you showed up in whatever way you could.
