Peace and blessings family. Long time no post I know, I know, I’m going to work on that lol. However ya boy always workin and proud to share a major milestone I’ve been working on for a couple years now. We recently received our state permit and will be offering our green tea in stores now. So please do me a favor and tag any business, restaurant, grocery store, mom and pop, etc who would be interested in offering our locally brewed, premium tea on their shelves. 🦻🏾

Peace family. So I just wanted to update the community and share that I recently passed the Louisiana board exam for dietitians and I’m finally licensed and registered as a dietitian. This has been a long journey and now the real work will start for me. I have been working in the community with the New Orleans Health Dept as the WIC nutritionist for the last 3 years. And now I’m looking forward to expanding my knowledge and practicing in more areas as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Y’all will be seeing and hearing more from ya boy in the near future I’m sure.

Did we mention that we use Cotton Seed Oil when deep frying our oyster mushrooms? Yes that’s correct and we do this intentionally for the benefit of Oleic and Linoleic acids, found naturally in Cotton Seed Oil. Oleic (Omega 9) and Linoleic (Omega 6) acids are unsaturated fatty acids AKA Healthy fats that have been proven to actually improve cardiovascular diseases and reduce total cholesterol and LDL (bad cholesterol) in Americans. We are always looking for healthier options whenever we create products and/or food. It’s a premium expense for us to use these oils but we only have one body to live in.
