We offer a variety of movement styles, classes, & workshops for all bodies, moods, and proclivities! Yes, Yoga is the newest, hottest yoga studio in Uptown New Orleans! We have a team of attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable yoga teachers that will lead you through an always inclusive yet challenging practice. Our teachers are skilled in the art of detailed asana instruction, give insightful corrections, and share wisdom gained through regular personal practice. All of our classes emphasize physical health and wellness, mental ease, energetic expansion, and connection to breath. Through the practice and spread of yoga, we strive to nurture the connection between breath and movement, mind and body, ego and Self, Self and Other, and all points in the middle. We are here because we love the practice of yoga, we have experienced the benefits, and we want to share it with the community. Friday, April 3rd, let and guide you to relaxation with instruments from across the world. This paired sound journey will guide you through the healing elements of sound vibration.

The Sound Bath will combine the soothing tones of Koshi Chimes and the vibrations of Nepali Singing Bowls to harmonize both hemispheres of the brain, inducing stillness and deep calm. Through their vibrations, the instruments go on to stimulate the entire body at the cellular level, curating a sound massage for relaxation – in a unique, cerebral fashion.

This session is unheated, but there will be residual heat leftover from the day. Wear loose, breathable clothing. While it is not required, you are strongly encouraged to bring any extra props (blankets for padding, a pillow) to make yourself comfortable.
