If you’ve ever tried to make a baby sleep or eat, you already know who wins that battle (hint: not you). Babies come with their own rhythms — and that doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong.
The real problem? Parents get told if they just follow the steps, their baby will be the perfect sleeper or eater. That puts way too much pressure on you and your baby.
