🍞✨ Introducing the Manna Box from Little Box of Good News! This box was designed to help you and your family learn more about the sacrament of Eucharist.

Did you know manna literally means "What is it?" β€” and that's exactly the question that leads to something beautiful. In the Hebrew scriptures, manna was the mysterious gift God provided in the wilderness. Jesus called himself the bread of heaven, pointing back to that same story. And now? We're stretching it even further: we too can be manna in the world for others.

This box is packed with everything your family needs to explore the Eucharist and God's abundant provision:
🍞 Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Bread Mix
🌸 Nasturtium flower seeds
🎨 Air dry clay
✌🏽A finger labyrinth disc
πŸ™ Table Blessings cards
πŸ›οΈ A Blessing Bag to fill with your own blessings for another person
πŸ“– As always, a guidebook to walk you through playing with and learning from these items

Manna means more than just food. Manna is anything that feeds your soul. We know this box will feed you and your family, physically and spiritually.

Has your box arrived yet? Open it up and explore it with us! πŸ“¦πŸ’™ Or get yours at https://littleboxofgoodnews.com/shop/

"And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them." β€”Luke 22:19

The Bible tells us that God loves righteousness and justice. This is one way God's people work for peace. This type of peace is more than everyone getting along. God's peace is something we make happen by the words we say the and things we do. We can share this peace within our family by treating one another with respect and honesty. This activity from the Peace Box asks us to make a list of things we would do to bring peace to the lives of people who have been treated unfairly and then write a letter to a leader who has the ability to make these changes. πŸ’™
