Endurance running is the best overall exercise for longevity. Endurance swimming and endurance cycling are close seconds. All are great! Choose what you enjoy!!! Keep in step with the Spirit!!!!
You can’t outrun a bad diet, so 1st:
QSS (40 days and 40 nights then continually)
Quit- sodas, sweets, diet drinks and smoothies.
Switch- to Brown from White. (Whole Grains).
Sweat- Sweat Everyday. (Endurance is best).
