Angie first walked into barre3 as a client searching for relief and grounding. What she found was community, and a sense of belonging that stayed with her. Today, she’s the studio owner leading that same Tulsa community forward with purpose, intention, and care.
Since stepping into studio ownership in early 2025, Angie has poured herself into creating a space where people feel supported, seen, and welcomed exactly as they are. Meet our Client Outreach Manager - Maddy T 👋 She’s ready to serve YOU and help you with any of your membership needs at all three studios.

Maddy recently moved to NOLA earlier this year and joined our operations team in March. We’re happy to have her apart of our community.

Get to know her below 👇

Where are you from? I'm originally from Jacksonville, FL but I've been living in the Caribbean for the last 9 years! My partner and I just relocated to NOLA and we LOVE it here!

What do you do when you aren't at barre3? I love to explore and try new things! I also am the host of my podcast, The Clean Bee, and offer health coaching on the side. I love to connect to people and have important conversations.

What do you love about b3? I love that it is centered on being empowered in your own body. Focusing on the breath and tuning into the actual moment. Modern life can be SO busy, so having a chance to step into the present and fully be there. One of my favorite things that Morgan M. says in class is: "actively stand on the Earth, don't just exist" - I love that.

Favorite b3 pose? I think horse pose! I love anything that helps to open the hips!

The schedule for April is as follows:
🧡 Monday / Wednesday 8:30 am at Uptown
🧡 Tuesday / Thursday 8:30 am at Old Metairie
🧡 Saturday 8:30 am & 9:45 am at Uptown & Old Metairie

We are working on adding more times for May!

Don’t forget, you must be signed up in the Play Lounge before coming into the studios. If you have more than one child you are bringing, please make sure to be signed up multiple times. Also, no more than 5 children are allowed in the Play Lounge at a time.
