As some of you may know, our NYL teacher, Andrea, is the Director of Social Emotional Learning and Behavior Intervention at Homer A. Plessy Middle School. She leads small groups of students in using coping skills, in which she incorporates yoga. If you have a gently used (or new) yoga mat that you'd like to donate to her school's wellness room, please bring to NYL 7/28-9/1. Thanks everyone for your support!

Are you feeling drawn to align yourself more fully with the lunar cycles? Join us this Monday night for a New Moon Ceremony full of intention setting, meditation, and guided journaling. We are excited to announce Britt will be leading FREE Yoga for Cancer weekly from our virtual zoom room. Spread the word! Classes begin this Wednesday at 10:30am with a Q & A. Come learn more, and share with all those you feel will benefit. These weekly classes are geared towards those living with/ beyond/ and affected by cancer, and include gentle yoga, chair yoga, restorative yoga, and meditation.
