St. Luke's is the premiere skilled nursing facility on the Westbank and one of the most trusted nursing homes in New Orleans.

Formerly Little Sisters of the Poor, St. Luke's will continue the legacy of dedicated care with attention and compassion. Care and comfort go hand-in-hand; our doctors, nurses, certified nursing assistants, dietary consultants, and pharmacists work together to create a cohesive care plan. Physical, speech and occupational therapists help residents maintain or enhance their skills. From skilled nursing to custodial care, all levels of care are offered.

Hurricane Ida can’t stop our sunshine! ☀️ This week a group of our team members made a trip to visit our residents who are currently evacuated to nursing homes in Northern Louisiana and delivered them some sunshine and special treats. We are so proud of the resiliency and strength that they have shown and are so grateful for the staff members who are keeping them safe and sound.

To all of our family members and friends: we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work hard to bring your loved ones back home sweet home as soon as possible! ❤️

Good morning St. Luke’s family and friends! We hope you and your loved ones are all safe and well! We are happy to report that all of our residents have been safely evacuated to other nursing homes within the state and are safe and sound. Our staff will remain in constant contact with these facilities to ensure a smooth transition for our residents, and we are working hard to get them back home as soon as possible. A group of our team members will be making a trip to visit our residents on Monday, September 13th and Tuesday, September 14th. If you would like to drop off a card, care package, etc. to be delivered to your loved one, please drop it off to the front desk of our sister facility, St. Margaret’s (3525 Bienville St. New Orleans, LA 70119) no later than FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th. We can not wait to see our residents and appreciate your help with brightening their day! ❤️ Please stay tuned to our page for any further updates.
