We've received calls from members asking about rebate checks. We want to clear up any confusion.

Louisiana Medicaid does not send rebate checks to members. Your Healthy Louisiana health plans don’t either.

Sometimes, Federal Health Insurance Marketplace health plans have to send money back to their customers, if they don’t spend enough on medical care and quality improvements.

If you have a marketplace plan, and have questions about a rebate check or your coverage, contact that marketplace plan directly.
