For me, being a doula is a passion, a hobby, a fulfilling calling and a joy. The birth of sweet Iris was the epitome of why I do what I do. Watching her parents pray over choices to be made and slow dancing to their wedding song during contractions, all while trusting me as a valued member of their team was amazing 😍. They were flexible while advocating for their most important priorities, and I'm honored to have been witness to the arrival of their perfect daughter.

Everytime I am blessed enough to witness and attend a birth, it never ceases to amaze me what women sacrifice in order to bring new life into the world. Sophia's birth illuminated this again to me, while I watched her incredible mother achieve a VBAC with total grit. Welcome to the world, beautiful girl.

This little guy is the long anticipated result of a momma who knew what type of birth she wanted and went into her labor with knowledge, flexibility, a super supportive husband, and determination. It all paid off when she got the VBAC she aimed for. I am so proud of this lovely client and I feel so blessed to have been a part of her journey.

Had the honor of helping a truly wonderful woman achieve the VBAC she'd been hoping for! She was a fierce advocate for her wishes and went into the experience with tons of evidence based research and the determined mindset that is so important when you have specific goals. She absolutely rocked this labor and delivery and I'm so blessed to have been a part of it ❤️

Had to share some photos of the babe from my most recent birth! Liam Matthew was a rainbow baby and his momma was blessed with an actual rainbow on his birthday 🌈! Watching this labor and delivery was a wonderful, redeeming experience ❤️. And I just have to add that my client had a beautiful spirit, even in pain, and she and her husband handled some unexpected postpartum issues with an incredible amount of faith and grace.
