If you haven’t noticed, around our office we take gut health very seriously and p**p becomes a regular topic of conversation (sometimes right at the front desk). So to break the ice on this taboo topic that might make some people feel uncomfortable, we decided we needed a little humor to help! We now have our own mascot for colon hydrotherapy here at Holistic Harmony!
Not sure if standing along route 30 waving at people would be a good idea yet or not …🤣

Thinking you would like to try a colonic but might be a little nervous?
Everyone eliminates the food they eat and more people have issues in this department than what they will admit.
With the typical American diet that most people consume, our culture and lifestyle that is so fast pace and on the go…. we are always grabbing what’s quick and convenient, but most of the time is terrible for our digestive system and body. 
Give colonics and all the gut health supplements a try and you won’t regret your decision. I’ve personally been receiving colonics for 20 years now and according to a recent stool sample test that I did on myself through gut ID, I have the best, most diverse microbiome that the naturopathic doctor had ever seen!!

Fun Fact:

The Colon is as long as you are tall and about the diameter of your wrist, but it can stretch up to 6x's that diameter to accommodate several days' worth of meals.... That's ALOT of p**p! You may need assistance to clean out all the nooks and crannies where this waste likes to hide out for long periods of time and that's where I can help! Colonics gently cleans out all that waste using warm filtered water to soften and assist the body's natural elimination process. It's possible to lose several pounds/liters of waste in one session! Think of it as a nice, warm water bath for the colon! It's also like taking your colon to the gym! The more you do it, the better results you will see! You won't see results in your body if you go to the gym just 1-4x's a year. Same goes for Colon hydrotherapy, but you do get instant gratification of feeling the effects of one session. If I were to upgrade to a newer Ionic foot detox machine, is there anyone who would be interested in the purchase of our older machine that has been used for a few years? It still works great and has everything included that you see in the picture. If you were to buy it brand new, it would be $1200-$1500 depending on accessories. I would be willing to sell everything you see in the picture for $500 to someone who would want it for that price.
