Tis the season of forms!!!! Summer camps, sport organizations, school forms, vaccination records. We can fill those out if you have had a well visit within the last 365 days. Not sure when your last well visit was, give us a call. If you need one, we can get it scheduled.

Fisher Pediatrics is turning 2!!! We are so excited to celebrate with you Saturday, June 6th from 11-1! We are looking for two teen volunteers to make balloon animals during the celebration. We have all the supplies. The teens would just need to watch some Youtube tutorials and master a couple basic animals. It is pretty easy and fun. If you know a couple of teens that would like to help us out for a couple of hours, please comment. There may even be a Frosty Boy gift card in their future 😉 I will reach out in order. Thanks!!

This image is what my mom taught me to say at dusk when the first star would appear (in my old age I realize now that it was probably actually a planet). It was a little tradition, but a memory that has forever stayed with me. Mom's have a special ability to make those memories, and your children will always be grateful for them. Happy Mother's Day!

Fisher Pediatrics is thrilled to accept two awards given by the Indiana Immunization Coalition yesterday. We take pride that we educate and protect our patients against treatable diseases. Both of these awards were given in honor of 2 young women who lost their lives to cervical cancer. Their families have made it their mission to educate and advocate for the prevention of HPV.
Fisher Pediatrics has 89% of our teen patients, both male and female, completely vaccinated against HPV. We were presented with the Erica Frazier Stum HPV Series Completion Award for this accomplishment.
Fisher Pediatrics is in the top 10 practices in the state of Indiana for teen immunization completion rates. We were presented the Kristen Forbes Teen Immunization Rate Award for this accomplishment.
