Teens, you are invited to attend the Maya Gold Foundation Teen Mindfulness Retreat this January!

This event will take place from 1:00-4:00 on Sunday, January 12, 2025. There is no cost to attend but pre-registration is required to participate. The program will take place at Stone Wave Yoga at 2694 Route 44 55 in Gardiner, NY.

This retreat is designed just for you. We hope that you will attend it and bring a friend. This is a great way to relax, connect, and recharge for the New Year.
