We are back in studio! We started back in September, slowly taking clients and easing ourselves back into a schedule with proper Covid protocols.
It's going well!

Tonight’s 6 PM Gyrokinesis class is canceled.

Marisa’s NEW Wednesday 9 AM Barre class is starting this week

Lauren’s NEW Tuesday noon, Pilates mat class it’s also beginning this week.
(The Pilates class is a 10 week series that needs to sign up. If you haven’t yet and want to please contact Lauren at 845-943-0111)

✨New✨ Pilates mat class coming to the studio! Lauren will be teaching a 10 week series that will focus on a repetition of Pilates exercises to improve your home practice.

Classes will be held Tuesdays 12-12:45 at the Mosaic Movement Studio, Water Street Market, Main Street, New Paltz.

The 10 week series begins on Tuesday, December 3rd and ends Tuesday, February 11th. (Class will not be held Tuesday, December 24th.)
