NEW! Natural Hair Styling
Join us for an empowering journey into the world of natural hair! This class is designed for individuals ready to learn the skills they need for a career in natural hair styling in just 300 hours or as little as seven months. In this brand-new class, students will have the opportunity to obtain specialized knowledge in natural hair styling; salon safety and health standards; hair analysis and treatments; braiding, locking, and weaving; and customer service and business skills.

Required to be purchased by the student: textbook and supplies (a list will be provided upon registration). Program entry includes Basic Adult Education assessment in reading comprehension skills. Registration is required for the entrance exam.

I will be the new instructor at Ulster County Boces teaching the Natural Hair Licensing Course. This is a long time needed and well deserved opportunity in the Hudson Valley Area and I’m honored that Boces has asked me to be the first to join them for this particular class.
