Well, it is time. The studio is leaving social media after July, as previously mentioned. It is a scary jump, but all in all, I think it will be a good one. Hi, Life Thrive Yoga is my professional yoga information. I am a E-RYT 500 yoga teacher in the Southern York County Area of Pennsylvania. I have a bachelors degree in Natural Health and Healing through Clayton College and am a certified 3 WT wellness coach and CBT coach. I am currently trained in multiple facets of yoga and am a yoga therapist. Always looking to serve, I will travel to you and have a home base studio in New Park Pa.
