Miss Marlene leading our clients in dancing. They absolutely enjoy the music she selects, often giving directions like move to the left , move to the right. Music can have healing powers.

Music has incredible healing powers. Research shows it can decrease cortisol levels, lower heart rate and motivate your body to move. Additionally, it creates new neural connections and increases neuroplasticity!🎶

Our Creative Arts program is well...very creative! They're now crafting a heartwarming collection of Christmas cards and greeting cards that are sure to inspire. Soon these new cards will be at Fresh The Market. In the meantime, we have a large inventory of various greeting cards for you to purchase at Fresh Market.
