Hi friends 💆‍♀️✨
I’ve officially returned to work and have been able to do some deep tissue sessions again! I am limiting the number of clients I see per day and have adjusted my body mechanics slightly—but the feedback has been amazing. Clients are telling me I haven’t lost my touch and everything feels just as good as it did before 🥰
I can still do stretching, just not heavy lifting. For anyone lying supine, leg stretches can absolutely be done as active-assisted stretching (you lift your leg and I guide and deepen the stretch), which has been working beautifully.
I am taking appointments. Availability is limited for this week and next, but I do have some openings about three weeks out. I truly can’t wait to see all the clients I’ve missed during this past month away.

✨ Back to Work (and easing in with care) ✨
Today is my second real day back in the office 🤍
I did attempt returning this past Monday, but my body locked up after one client and I wasn’t able to do the second. I listened, took a few days off, doubled down on self-care, and reset.

Today I’ve already had two clients, with a third last-minute booking—and I’m feeling good. 🙌
I am still healing, so patience is appreciated, as certain work can cause a flare-up. That said, clients receiving deeper work are still sharing that they feel just as amazing as ever afterward, which means the world to me.

My only current limitation is heavy lifting—lower-body stretching will be active-assisted, while lighter upper-body stretches and cervical traction are still available (yes, the favorite 😉).

I’ve truly missed my space and my people. Grateful to be back and moving forward mindfully. 💛

✨ Important Booking Policy Update – Effective February 1st ✨

Starting February 1st, I will be implementing updated booking and cancellation policies to help protect my time, energy, and the sustainability of my business.
• A $50 deposit will be required to book an appointment
• The $50 deposit will be applied toward your session total
• A credit card will be held on file at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy (within 24 hours of your appointment):
• The $50 deposit becomes non-refundable
• First occurrence: 50% of the remaining session balance will be charged
• Any subsequent occurrences: 100% of the session fee will be charged

This policy applies to all clients moving forward.
I have been very lenient in the past, but unfortunately I’ve experienced repeated late cancellations and no-shows. These directly affect my ability to maintain a viable business and continue offering the level of care and presence my clients deserve.

Due to a current acute chest wall injury, I’m temporarily stepping away from deep tissue and heavy-pressure massage while I focus on healing my body.
The good news is that I am still able to offer several gentle, restorative services that support relaxation, inflammation reduction, and nervous system balance:

🌿 Light Touch / Restorative Massage

Important Update 🤍
Hi everyone — I wanted to share a quick update. Due to an acute injury, I’m currently in a healing and rest phase. This type of injury should fully heal within 4–6 weeks, and I’m hopeful to begin easing back into work within the next couple of weeks if rest and medication do their part.
Because this is new territory for me, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding as I listen to my body and heal properly.
For anyone who has purchased a package or gift certificate: I am more than happy to get you scheduled and on my books. Please just note that appointments within the next few weeks may be tentative until I have a clearer picture of my recovery timeline.
