It’s possible that your chakras are out of tune which leads to an imbalance in various areas of our lives. Chakras are energetic centers in the body. We have seven main Chakras. When they become stagnant, we do not experience proper balance in our lives. Our day-to-day experience becomes stressful and cannot achieve the goals we have in mind. My work includes assessment of the seven main chakras and includes discussion on how to rebalance/restore them, along with various healing modalities (including Reiki, Crystals, Sound Therapy) that I offer for effective change.
