With the True Freedom Plan the member will be purchasing a block of home care hours to be used as needed in the comfort of their own home without burdening their children or family. Most shockingly, there are NO MEDICAL QUESTIONS, NO AGE LIMITS, and NO CLAIM FORMS! As long as the applicant is not already receiving care from a agency or anyone else and does not already need care they would be a good fit for the program.
