lients own healing abilities. What to expect: Before your first session you will be asked to fill out a brief medical history and body sheet. The therapist will then go over the information and find what you would like to achieve from that session.. The massage room has a peaceful relaxing atmosphere, with soft lighting, and is decorated with angels and crystals. Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage - Whether you have general stress or old chronic pain there is a technique for you. The techniques offered are Esalen Massage, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy. Each massage session is geared toward that clients particular needs. These techniques are combined to create a custom tailored session for your body, mind and spirit. Holistic Massage - A holistic massage incorporates vibrational healing modalities with hands on massage modalities harmonizing and balancing the physical body and it’s energy field. Holistic massage can release blockages held in the vibratory field in the form of buried feelings, traumas, programmed and limiting beliefs. As the vibrations stimulate the bodies return to wholeness, a deep soothing feeling of relaxation enhances your well being and you feel a total energized renewal of spirit. Cathy has been on her spiritual path for the past 30 years and in that time has studied many different spiritual practices and belief systems. One thing Rev.Cathy recognizes is changing ones consciousness is the first step in all healing. What is consciousness? “Consciousness is the ability and willingness to be totally aware and present in your life in every moment, without judgment of you or anyone else. Consciousness is the ability to continually awaken to more possibility, more choice and more life. Most people function using their unconscious mind, their old programmed thoughts feelings and emotions without even realizing its happening. The first step in shifting your consciousness is this recognition. Cathy has also trained in many different healing modalities the most recognized at this time is Reiki. In Rev. Cathy's view, all energy comes from the same place “Source” and she is just an instrument to bring that energy thru. We start with a short chant, this allows the voice and the breath to help everyone relax and centers the groups energy. The Crystal Singing Bowls and Pyramids then bathe you in a sea of relaxing and soothing sound healing frequencies that will melt away stress, tension and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Each Meditation is unique and the sounds are created in the moment through intuitive listening and higher guidance. Sound can be used to open and expand constricted areas, or cleanse and release blockages. Cathy then channels a guided visualization meditation for the group allowing one to connect to higher consciousness, your angels, spirit guides or master teachers. A brief sharing afterward allows for guidance with what came thru and shows how each ones experiences are connected. A truly Enlightening Experience !!
