Due to Hurricane Milton, the gym will be closing at 12pm tomorrow Tuesday 10/8 and will remain closed Wednesday 10/9. All classes are canceled for tomorrow. We will re-open after the storm passes if we can re-open safely. 24 hour access will not be available.

We have a board in our lobby for members to put their business cards. I found some that might either be able to help you or point you in the right direction if you’ve experienced loss during Hurricane Helene.

We have realtors, clean up services, pool people, bug people, carpenters…even some personal care/spas (mental health is important!!)…and a place to take the kids to burn off some of their energy!

Attn: Senior Citizens!! We have an entire lineup of classes dedicated to keeping you fit, social and having fun! We have coffee, too! ☕️. We accept many insurance plans—including Silver Sneakers 👟!

This is our Silver Sneakers class with Donna at 1:00pm on Mondays. She’ll show you a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls are offered for resistance. Chairs are available for seated or standing support.

Come try it out! We’re currently offering a free 3 day pass. It’s more than just fitness.
