Grief is messy.
Grief is unfixable.

Grief can be awkward..
Because people just don’t know what to say…
When things can’t be fixed.

But I will never forget the people who checked on me.
Who were willing to sit with me in the dark.
Even if it was in silence.

You brought so much light in.
And helped me more than you can ever know.
And I am forever grateful.

Are there places you have never been, or experiences you haven't had that you would love to make happen in your lifetime?

Are there experiences that you have already had that were on your bucket list that you are so grateful to have had?

My mother-in-law Kay went to Paris for the first time within the year of her death as well as took my son on a trip to the Grand Canyon.

She, and we, have always been so grateful that those trips happened.

What are your thoughts and stories around bucket lists?
