🌼 In the spring I consider renewal, rejuvenation, watching new ideas sprout, and the grace and beauty of flowing through the seasons of life. I recently finished reading the book “How to Think Like a Monk” by 📕 This chapter shown in the photo and opening quote was a powerful and timely reminder: “The ignorant work for their own profit… the wise work for the welfare of the world…”~ Bhagavad Gita, 3:25.

Choosing to be present in this moment brings me awe and peace.

I slept poorly last night and this morning I decided to sit in the sunshine with some coffee. As I set up my lounging spot I saw that I have a chrysalis on my aloe plant….Right next to the caterpillar eating the plant that nature planted for me last year.

And suddenly my inner world righted itself.
