At our staff meeting ,we witnessed something truly specialβ€”real teamwork, compassion, and selflessness.

Carole was named our Employee of the Month for July, a well-deserved recognition of her hard work and dedication. Sasha also received many votes for her outstanding contributions. In a beautiful gesture of humility and unity, Carole chose to share her title with Sasha, recognizing that great care is never a solo effort.

We are proud to honor both Carole and Sasha as our July Employees of the Month. Their teamwork and support for one another remind us why we do what we do. πŸ’œ

Our residents had a blast getting creative and decorating coastal-themed ornaments this week! Using sand, shells, colorful stickers, and their names, each ornament became a special reflection of their personality and beachside memories. πŸšπŸ’œ
