We all get the same **168 hours each week**.
No one gets more. No one gets less. The difference is simply **how we choose to spend them**.
⏰ 56 hours sleeping (hopefully, if not you need to see me!)
💼 40+ hours working
🚗 Hours commuting, scrolling, worrying, waiting…
And suddenly the week is gone.
So here’s the real question:
**How many of your 168 hours are spent on what truly matters to you?**
Time with family.
Taking care of your health.
Growing your faith.
Learning something new.
Chasing a dream you keep putting off.
We often say *“I don’t have time.”*
But the truth is — we all have time. We just make different choices with our hours.
This week, try this:
✨ Be intentional with one extra hour a day.
✨ Put the phone down sooner.
✨ Start the thing you’ve been waiting to feel “ready” for.
✨ Tell people you love them more often.
