🚨 NEW CLASS ALERT 🚨

Come join us on Tuesdays at 11:30am!

Great for all ages and fitness levels!

Pilates is a great class consisting of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Starting Friday November 29, 2024 at 12:30pm we will be offering Chair Pilates as well.

We hope everyone is safe from Hurricane Milton.

Power has been restored and we will be reopening Sunday, October 13, 2024, at 8am. Member key card access only. Pool is closed until further notice as we clean up from Hurricane Milton.

Group Fitness Classes will resume regular class schedule Monday, October 14, 2024. Kidz club and Member Services will resume regular staffed hours.

Due to the approaching hurricane and the mandatory evacuation orders in our area, we will be closing today (Monday October 7, 2024 ) at 6:00 PM to ensure the safety of our members and staff.

We plan to reopen on Thursday, October 10, 2024, pending any further developments and guidance from local authorities.

Please stay safe and take all necessary precautions during this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.
